Every aligner set is 3D-printed and thermoformed by an ISO 13485-certified manufacturing partner, and produced within five working days.

Delivered ready to fit
Cases arrive in EasyAligners packaging at 0% import duty, ready to hand to the patient.

No minimum volumes. Treatment planning, packaging, and customs are handled on our side, never by your front desk.

Everything except the chair time
From treatment planning through to a duty-cleared delivery, the parts of a clear aligner case that sit outside your surgery are handled on our side.
Digital treatment planning
Your scans and prescription are turned into a digital treatment plan by our technicians. There is no separate lab account and no CAD licence needed at your end.
EasyAligners packaging
Every case ships in EasyAligners-branded packaging, ready to hand to the patient at the fit appointment.
Clinic portal access
Submit cases, upload intraoral scans, track production status and view invoices from a single portal, without adding admin for your front desk.
Dedicated account manager
A named contact from onboarding onwards, so clinical and commercial questions never go through a general support queue.
Refinements and revisions
Refinements are assessed individually and quoted per case, so you only pay for the work a particular case actually needs.
Shipping and customs
We ship across the UK and EU. Cases arrive duty-cleared with customs handled on our side, so there is nothing for your practice to process on delivery.

Our aligners are manufactured by an ISO 13485-certified partner. Certification documentation is available to partner practices on request.

Aligners are manufactured to meet EU Medical Device Regulation requirements. Conformity documentation is available to partner practices on request.

Every case is 3D-printed, thermoformed and finished within the EU, which is also what keeps deliveries duty-cleared for UK and EU practices.
Patient data protection
Patient scans and case records are handled under GDPR and used only to manufacture and support the case you submit. Our data processing agreement is available on request.
